This position is located in the Sacramento Headquarters office at May Lee State Office Complex.
Under the general direction of the Supervisor I, the Analyst II performs duties exercising a high degree of independence on a variety of complex analytical functions in support of the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program. The incumbent performs discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation investigations, prepares responses to discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation complaints filed with external agencies, conducts Sexual Harassment Prevention (SHP) training and training on other EEO-related topics, performs EEO counseling and management consultations, assists in developing and updating EEO policies and procedures, and assists with coordinating and monitoring various EEO programs. Performs other job-related duties as required to ensure that EEO workload and program objectives are met. Travel throughout California and out of state may be required up to fifteen percent (15%) of the time to conduct investigations or provide SHP Training in the statewide and out-of-state offices.
